Registration Questions
When can I register for the convention?
Pre-Registration is available at this time and will be available until June 15th, 2026. Afterward, memberships can be purchased at the convention. At-the-door registration opens at 9:00 AM on the Friday of the convention. In addition to purchasing convention memberships, you will also be able to purchase tickets for photo ops, remaining seats for the Fest with our Guests event, and autograph tickets for our Celebrity Guests.
How can I upgrade my membership from a single day to the full-weekend?
Please use the form at the bottom of the Registration webpage to request an upgrade. You will be provided with a link to a general payment site through Square where you can pay the difference and a subsequent confirmation will be sent.
Will you mail my tickets or do I pick them up at the con?
All pre-registration memberships are “Will Call.” When you arrive, you’ll pick up your badge, program book, and other membership materials at the pre-registration desk in the hotel lobby.
Guest Questions
I’d like to suggest a guest. What’s the best way to do that?
At the bottom of the Celebrity Guest webpage you can make suggestions via a form.
Guest suggestions can be a bit tricky though in that we really can’t say anything about whether we’re going to invite a potential guest. Doing so would run the risk of setting incorrect expectations for the fans, the potential guest, or both. Unfortunately, this often means that the only time you’re likely to hear anything about a suggested guest is if we happen to book them.

Autograph/Photo Ops Questions

Can I purchase tickets for the autograph line?
At Shore Leave, your convention membership allows you access to the Official Autograph Sessions on Saturday and Sunday and all of our guests’ autograph tables. Please note that our actor guests do charge for their autograph outside of the Official Autograph Sessions.
How much will the guests charge for their autograph?
Autograph prices are set by the individual guest. Visit the individual’s Celebrity Guest page for pricing.
Which guests will be participating in the official autograph session?
The guests participating in the official autograph session for Shore Leave 2026 are David Hewlett and Rachel Luttrell.
Will guests participating in the official autograph sessions sign at other times?
Guests participating in the Official Autograph Sessions will be available to sign photos and items at their tables outside the official session times for a charge. The free autograph included with your membership is available only during the Official Autograph Sessions.
How do I purchase advance tickets for a guest’s autograph?
Celebrity Guest Autograph Tickets may be purchased through the Shore Leave store on our website or at the Registration table. The guests will also accept cash at their table.
(Please note that autographs are not included in the price of photo op photos.)
How do Photo Ops work?
Photo Ops may be purchased through the Shore Leave store on our website or at the Registration table; the price of a photo op does not include an autograph.
Photo Ops take place on both Saturday and Sunday beginning at 11:00 AM through early afternoon in Vistas Café. The exact schedule will be posted at the convention and in the pocket program; the line forms NO EARLIER than 5 minutes prior to each scheduled session and if you arrive more than 5 minutes before your scheduled session, you may be asked to vacate the area. Guests with disabilities will be accommodated first.
Please check the schedule and plan accordingly, as THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR MISSED PHOTO OPS!
When it’s your turn, you walk in, pose with the actor(s), and the photo is taken. Allow at least one (1) hour from the time of your photo op for the photo to be printed. Photos can be picked up at the entrance to Vistas Café.
You can have as many people as you like in the photo, but you only get one print per photo op ticket, so if everyone in a group wants a photo, each person must have a ticket.
