2026 Shore Leave Logo Contest
Shore Leave is seeking a new logo design for our 2026 convention. The top 10 designs (as determined by the Shore Leave Committee) will be showcased in this year’s Art Show, where attendees can vote for their favorite. The winning design will be announced after the convention through the Shore Leave newsletter and social media. The grand prize is a Weekend Pass to the 2026 Shore Leave convention.
Design Guidelines:
- Include the Shore Leave Bunny in the logo design
- You may include the text “Shore Leave” or “Shore Leave 46” in the design, but it’s not required
- 2026 is the 60th Anniversary of Star Trek
- Aim for a logo that is futuristic, sci-fi oriented, and easily recognizable
- Use a vibrant, modern color palette
- Make sure the design is scalable and adaptable for use across different formats—print, digital, and merchandise
- Do not use or reference any copyrighted images
- AI-generated images are not allowed
Timeline:
Submission: May 1st – July 1st, 2025
Winning Design:
- The winner will receive a Weekend Pass to Shore Leave 46 (2026). If unable to attend, a selection of Emporium items featuring their logo—such as a shirt, stickers, and/or a challenge coin—may be provided instead
- The winning logo will become the official logo for Shore Leave 46 and will be owned by our parent company, STAT Club LLC, for copyright purposes
- The designer will be recognized on the Shore Leave website and social media platforms
Submission Requirements:- Submit logo designs in digital format (.png or .jpeg)
- Include a brief description explaining the concept behind your design
