Masquerade Contestant Information

Registration is between the hours of 10am and 3:30pm at the Masquerade table at
the bottom of the escalator. All forms, documentation, and music must be turned
in by 3:30pm.

Be sure all tapes are cued! A boombox will be available at the registration
table to cue tapes and check that homemade CDs will play.

All contestants must sign a release form when the registration form is turned
in. Although only one registration form is needed per group costume, each
member of the group must come by the registration table to sign a release.

The Green Room will open in Salons E&F at 5:45 pm. Please check as early as
possible. (Contestants that have not checked in by 7pm will be scratched from
competition.)

A basic repair kit, makeup kit, and food will be available. However, please
bring any specialty items you know you will need.

If you will have trouble moving/seeing/going up stairs in your costume and have
not already informed the technical crew, please notify the Green Room chair so
that the tech crew can be ready to accommodate you.

Items left onstage during a presentation will be brought back to the Green Room
during the half time show. (That said, please don't leave things onstage.)
