Note: Page sizes for ads inside the program book assume an 8.5"x11" page with a 1" margin on all sides. Cover ads are full-bleed.
Ads can be submitted in almost any form: digitally on 3.5" disk (formatted for PC), or CD, or high resolution camera-ready version. Digital formats accepted include Microsoft Word, PDF, or any common high resolution digital format (tiff, jpg, gif, jpg, bmp, etc.). If you must submit your ad in a format not listed here, please contact us first and we will see if we can make special arrangements. Please contact us before submitting ads via email.
Ads should be ready for publication as received. If graphic editing is needed, additional fees will apply.
Please include a hard copy of the ad and softcopy of any special fonts and graphics separate from the layout (i.e. in separate files). This is for quality assurance.
Ad copy, electronic file(s), and payment must be received by May 30, 2008, for inclusion in the program book, unless special arrangements have been made and approved.
