A Vancouver, British Columbia, native, Teryl Rothery always knew she wanted to be an entertainer. She began her career as a dancer at age thirteen when she performed in her first musical, 'Bye Bye Birdie'. Her role in 'Annie Get Your Gun' earned her a Most Outstanding Performer award with her theater company. Teryl has been working in the TV & Movie industry for many years and has appeared on numerous TV shows including 'The Outer Limits', 'The X Files', 'First Wave', 'Jeremiah', 'Smallville', 'Dead Like Me', 'The Guard', 'Kyle XY', 'Eureka', 'Hellcats' and 'Caprica', the prequel to 'Battlestar Galactica'. Perhaps her most memorable role to Sci Fi fans was that of Dr Janet Frasier on the long-running series 'Stargate SG1'.

Teryl's movies have included 'Masterminds' (with Patrick Stewart), 'Mr. Rice's Secret' (with David Bowie), 'Urban Safari', 'Andre' and 'Exquisite Tenderness'. She has also appeared in many television movies such as 'Who Killed My Daughter', 'She Stood Alone: The Tailhook Scandal', 'For the Love of Nancy' and 'The Man Who Wouldn't Die'. Teryl has used her voice talents on many cartoon series including 'Exosquad', 'Ranma 1/2' and 'Dragon Ball'.

Teryl continues to work in the film and TV industry and is currently starring in the new Hallmark series 'Cedar Cove' with Andie MacDowell. In between this busy working schedule, she manages to enjoy the pleasures of motherhood as she raises her lovely daughter Londyn. She also tries to attend several conventions around the world each year, as meeting her fans is one of the pleasures she enjoys from her career.
