Biography:

Roberta Rogow is a long-time Star Trek Fan, who has made her mark as a writer and editor of fanzines, a filker, and a costumer for the last 25 years. She has had stories in the "Merovingen Nights" anthologies of C. J. Cherryh, and the Sherlock Holmes pastich anthologies edited by Marvin Kaye.

Roberta Rogow's first novel, The Problem of the Missing Miss (starring Mr. Charles Lutwidge Dodgson and Dr. Arthur Conan Doyle) appeared in 1998. A second novel in the series, The Problem of the Spiteful Spiritualist appeared in June, 1999, the third, The Problem of the Evil Editor was published in June 2000, and the fourth one The Problem of the Surly Servant appeared just after Shore Leave 23. And then there is one new book, an anthology called The Teddy Bear Cannibal Massacre, in which she has a story. Also, the British edition of The Problem of the Surly Servant, which brings to a close the Dodgson/Doyle series. Her most recent publication is "Death in the Gardens" in the anthology Murder across the Map, which tells the story of the death of the Queen of Babylon and the Judean seer who is called on to solve her murder (Roberta will have copies of this for sale at Shore Leave).

When she is not inventing more adventure for this odd couple, Mrs. Rogow is a children's librarian in New Jersey.
