Biography:
Dave Galanter has authored (or co-authored with frequent writing collaborator Greg Brodeur) various Star Trek projects, among these the Voyager book "Battle Lines," the Next Generation duology "Maximum Warp," the Starfleet Corps of Engineers titles "Ambush" and "Bitter Medicine," and the ebook "Mere Anarchy Book III: Shadows of the Indignant." He has also contributed short stories to the "Tales of the Dominion War" and "Star Trek: Constellations" anthologies. Most recently Dave joined the crew of the internet series Star Trek: New Voyages, first as the writer of an upcoming episode, then as an associate producer.
His not-so-secret Fortress of Solitude is in Michigan, from where he pretends to have a hand in managing the message board websites he co-owns: ComicBoards.com, a comic book discussion site, and TVShowBoards.com, a similar site dedicated to television and movies. He also edits and is the main contributor to his own blogsite, SnarkBait.com, on which he babbles about philosophy and politics.
